Our Small Group Personal Training Sessions includes ALL of the following:
Join one of our comprehensive 90-Day Small Group Personal Training Sessions starting April 4th, 2017. Our morning sessions will start at 9:30 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays and our evening sessions will start at 6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Our Small Group Personal Training Sessions includes ALL of the following:
- Gentle Cardio - to gently workout your entire body
- Guided Stretching & Core Work - to improve your flexibility and develop strength
- Nutrition Response Testing - to evaluate any organ system weaknesses in your body
- Individual Nutrition Program - to identify your blood type and receive a corresponding nutrition plan
- 30 Minute Reiki Session - to deeply relax your body, soothe the system and foster vitality
- Expert Support - to support your health and fitness goals with an experts support
