At Your Sanctuary For Healing we have a 90-day package that only requires a two-day-a-week commitment. We cover the basics like Gentle Cardio, Guided Stretching, and Core Workout. If you join our group, you get added benefits; Nutritional Response Testing, an Individual Nutrition Program, a 30-minute Reiki Session, and Expert Support from Wellness Advisors.
Gentle Cardio
Enjoy gentle, low impact, full body workouts using HealthRiders during our Small Group Personal Training Sessions, twice weekly.
Guided Stretching & Core Work
Following the gentle cardio workout, participants are guided through a complete stretching routine including core exercises to improve flexibility.
Nutrition Response Testing
Participation includes a private Nutrition Response Testing session with Dr. Craig. NRT is a system using Kinesiology and the body’s reflexes to evaluate any organ system weaknesses in the body.
Individual Nutrition Program
Clients will identify their blood type and receive guidance and support in following the nutrition plan appropriate for their individual body chemistry.
30-Minute Reiki Session
A 30-minute Reiki session is included as an integral part of our training package. Reiki is a gentle hands-on therapeutic technique that deeply relaxes the body.
